Refunds

When an order is returned to our warehouse and meets the requirements, the customer gets the possibility to choose between two (2) options.

 

  • Refund
  • Store credits

 

The refund of your Tre-item(s) will always be credited to the payment account which was used prior to fulfill the order.

 

Tremici strives to process refunds within five (5) business days after receiving the Tre-item(s).
