Which payment methods does tremici.com accept?

We accept the following payment methods: Credit card (Master Card, Maestro, Visa and American Express), Paypal, iDeal and Bank transfer.

What is the delivery time for my order?

We strive for the following delivery times:

  • The Benelux: 2-5 days
  • Germany: 2-5 days
  • European Union: between 4-8 workdays
  • International: between 6-12 workdays

Please note that during the holidays your delivery might take longer.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer worldwide free shipping to all our customers*.

*We can not be held responsible for the duties and taxes of your shipping destination!

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. You will have to pay for them on top of the price displayed in the Online Boutique, which means you will receive a separate invoice for them.

Tremici offers Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) shipping within the European Union (EU). If your order is shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) you will not have to pay any duties.

Shipments to outside the European Union (EU), will be shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Which means they may be subject to customs fees, import fees, and taxes, these are the sole responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed by Tremici.

What does Tre-item(s) mean?

Tre-items is an abbreviation for Tremici items in our Online-Boutique.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Before your Tre-item(s) have been prepared for shipment we can cancel your order, change your Tre-item(s), change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.

If you need to make any changes, please send our customer support team an email at [email protected] for further assistance.

How can I track my order?

Once the parcel with your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an automatic email with the MyParcel tracking number to follow its journey.

If you do not get an automatic email with the tracking number,  please do not hesitate to send us an email at [email protected].

How do I return or exchange my Tre-item(s)?

For any reason, customers can return or exchange their Tre-item(s). Tremici accepts returns within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Please send an email to our customer support team at [email protected] for further assistance.

When returning or exchanging a Tre-item the customer is responsible for the costs of the shipment and additional costs.

What are the return conditions?

For any reason, customers can return their Tre-item(s). Each Tre-item has a guarantee of fourteen (14) days. However, the Tre-item(s) can only be returned when they are completely unworn. We only accept returns if all the accessories are included in the packaging, (Tremici box, garments tags [still attached on the clothing], cardboard, and receipt holder).

When you return your Tre-item(s), the customer is responsible for the costs of the shipment and additional costs.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you chose to place the order.  Shipping costs (and maybe paid customs duties and sales taxes) are non-refundable unless your Tre-item(s) are faulty or wrongly delivered by us.

In case you return something, you will have the possibility to choose between a refund or store credits.

Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customized Tre-item(s).

What does VAT mean?

VAT is a value-added tax that both European Union (EU) and non-European Union (non-EU) customers pay. VAT is already included in the prices of all the Tre-items.
