Returns
For any reason, customers can return their Tre-item(s). Tremici accepts returns within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
You have the right to open the package and check the Tre-item(s), if you come across anything unusual about your order make sure to return the Tre-item(s) unused, unwashed and in their original condition. We accept returns only if all the accessories in the Tremici packaging is included (garments tags [still attached on the clothing], cardboard, and receipt holder).
By “included” we mean: In a good condition without damages, stains etc. The returned Tre-item(s) will be inspected and processed within 3 days. We will contact you once the process is complete.
A Tre-item that has been personalized cannot be returned.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless there was a mistake in the delivery caused by us.
Please note: Tremici will not be responsible or liable if the Tre-item(s) you return is lost or misdirected!
